Specialty GiftsSpecialty gift items that are non-perishable may be returned for any reason, for a full refund (within 1 day of receipt of the item) provided the items are returned unopened with the original packing materials and documentation.

Our delivery policy is as follows:
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 1:00 PM MST, Monday through Friday.
We are not able to provide delivery on certain holidays like Christmas, New year's day and other major holidays.
We deliver to all areas within 20 miles of Parker CO.
For deliveries outside of our local delivery area, additional fees will apply.
We will send a text verification to the recipient the day of delivery to ensure that someone will be home to receive the gift.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by the recipient not being available at the time of delivery or due to incorrect address provided.
We will send you notifications for delivery updates, including a picture of the flower arrangement. Some deliveries may be outside of a service are which may cause us to not be able to send a picture immediately.
We take great care in delivering your order and will make every effort to ensure timely delivery, but please understand that we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. If you have any special requests or concerns, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate them.
